Sekisui Voltek Office Expansion & Renovation

We are excited to announce that the Sekisui Voltek Office Expansion & Renovation Final Photography is here! 

Byce & Associates, Inc. provided Architectural and Engineering services for the Office Expansion and Renovation at the Sekisui Voltek Office in Coldwater, Michigan. It was necessary to expand the Coldwater facility due to the closure of a different Sekisui Voltek facility, which resulted in the transfer of numerous employees to one shared location. To accommodate the increased number of staff in one space, the Coldwater facility was renovated and expanded.  The design of the addition and renovation created an open office atmosphere that fostered employee interaction and enhanced productivity. 

To ensure optimal success of this project, our architects and engineers worked collaboratively with AVB, Inc. and their key subcontractors.
