Shelby Kintz joins Byce & Associates, Inc. as a Project Architect. Married to her High School Sweetheart and Mom to one son and one bun-son, Shelby lives in a house where everything gets a test nibble. HA! Born and raised in Three Rivers, Michigan, you can find her relishing in getting her hands dirty, from renovating two homes, dabbling in woodworking and furniture building or finding her inner gearhead with a love of all things fast, including drag racing. When not at work you can find Shelby maintaining her classic car, hiding out at her extended family’s house in the woods outside of Traverse City, or taking in the accomplishments of her impact on the built environment.
Kelley Di Martino joins Byce & Associates, Inc. as a Senior Interior Designer. Kelley grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, spending 25 years there before moving to Michigan for a change of scenery, including the 4 seasons! Outside of work, you can find her working out, playing the piano, reading, and most importantly, spending time with her loving friends and family. Kelley’s favorite vacation spot has been the Caribbean, with a dream to continue traveling the world!
Nathan Hand joins Byce & Associates, Inc. as a Electrical Engineer Intern. Nathan grew up on the East side of the state in the small town of Holly, Michigan. He enjoys working on cars and traveling to destinations he has never been before. In the warmer months, you can find Nathan out enjoying the water, with his favorite Michigan spot being Houghton Lake!
Lindsay Casey joins Byce & Associates, Inc. as a Administrative Project Coordinator Intern. Lindsay grew up on the East side of the state in the small town of Hartland. She is a bike enthusiast, with a focus on models from the 1950’s. Family is of high importance to Lindsay and finds herself happiest when spending time together. She enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, backpacking, and biking with her partner, Jonathan. A few of their favorite places have been South Manitou Island and Mackinac Island!
Salma Maldonado joins Byce & Associates, Inc. as a Architectural Intern. Salma attended the University of Detroit Mercy before returning home to Kalamazoo. Outside of the office, you can find her with her friends and family, enjoying the outdoors, at concerts, dancing, and going to the gym! Fun fact, Salma’s first language is Spanish!
