Design Program: The Park Club Foundation commissioned Byce & Associates, Inc. to provide an assessment of the facility’s existing conditions, an analysis of the immediate and long term needs, a master plan for implementation of the desired upgrades and improvements, and facilitation of those updates. The overall intent of these services is to provide the Park Club leadership with information necessary to deliberate, set, execute, and complete a prudent plan in order to fulfill both short and long term facility goals and objectives.

The services provided include our comprehensive assessment of the existing conditions of the entire facility including the site, grounds, infrastructure, building structure, and envelope including roofing, walls and fenestration systems , as well as interior finishes.  The services also include assessment of the existing mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.

We investigated the current conditions of the facility as well as analyzed the needs and potential options, possibilities and opportunities for the future.  The overall goal of this initiative is to assist in addressing current deficiencies, improve operational effectiveness, and set a course for future enhancements that match and support the Park Club business model, strategies, and objectives.  We recommended that the leadership evaluate and set a course for implementation of the recommendations contained herein.  We are currently working on various improvement projects set to improve the structural feasibility and viability of the Park Club.
